The Fitness Studio is offering full-time tertiary and secondary students a gym membership for 2012.

At only $377, this represents great value.  Entitlements include assessments, personalised programmes and group exercise classes.  Some conditions apply.  Offer ends 2th March 2012.  Fee can be paid in two instalments.

 Circuit You will benefit from this full body resistence and cardio workout. Excellent for toning and improving fitness levels. Beginner to advanced take it at your own pace.
Bootcamp Great if you're after an intense, high energy workout. Medium to Advanced
 Light Circuit Great for those who enjoy a lighter pace. i.e. Over 50 years, beginners. Low to Medium
 Cardio/ButtCombo Low to medium impact aerobics combined with toning of the butt, abs and thighs. Beginner to advanced take it at your own pace
 Spin Awesome indoor cycling class to music. Great for cardio fitness, and fat burning.
