The Body Fit Challenge (BFC) is an intensive 12 week  exercise and nutrition programme, offering nutritional advice, one-on-one personal training sessions and plenty of support and encouragement. BFC endorsement.

SBS Events Centre in Timaru, is the central South Island’s premier indoor events venue.  Located on Aorangi Park, the Centre is a short distance from SH 1, whether you are coming from the north or the south. 

The Centre features a large multi-purpose auditorium with fully sprung maple flooring, a fully equipped and professionally staffed fitness centre, a large lounge and various other spaces for offices, reception and storage.

The Centre is an ideal venue for sports competitions and tournaments, conferences, celebrations, special events, social occasions and exercising.

Event management and planning advice is provided by management and staff of the Centre.
