The Body Fit Challenge (BFC) is an intensive 12 week  exercise and nutrition programme, offering nutritional advice, one-on-one personal training sessions and plenty of support and encouragement. BFC endorsement.

Located on the first floor, the lounge measures 23m by 14m (322sq m), with a bar area and commercial kitchen adjacent.  The lounge can comfortably seat 160 people for a sit down meal with a total capacity of 300 people.

The lounge is fully air conditioned, for comfort in either summer or winter.  There is an in-house p.a. system and small stage.

There is a small chiller and glass washer in the bar, while the kitchen has a commercial oven, dish washer and waste disposal unit.  There are numerous power points throughout the kitchen and there is a central stainless steel bench area for food preparation.

The kitchen and bar have a range of cutlery, glasses and plates but it does pay to check that this meets your needs.

There are enough tables (35) and chairs (250) to cater for a range of functions including sit down meals, seminars, conferences and meetings.Male, female and disabled toilets are located adjacent to the lounge.

An 11 person/780kg lift serves Lounge and Coolpak Coolstores Boardroom.

A large cooler is located near the lift on the ground floor.
